WHERE DO I START. ROACH INFESTED, TWEAKER FILLED. Now in the middle of sueing the property. Maria is the new property manager is a disgusting liar who will ignore and block your calls. Dealt with mice entering my unit from a hole behind the kitchen counter for my last 4 months living there and management refused to provide me with any reasonable solutions. They gave me sticky traps, which I did not want to use because they are very inhumane, and plugged a hole under the sink, but gave up on addressing the issue after that. Loved living here, I went back to visit and the property looks great, with new floor and laundry rooms upgrades, the walk to the beach is amazing.
Love living here.I have lived here for the past 3 years and the apartments are super clean and homey. I love living infront of the beach and love all the local shops around. The manager ariana is super nice and always makes sure people feel heard and welcomed to the community. Defiantly recommend moving in.
