Predatory fees, cockroaches since day 1, broken mailbox for months even after proper requests submitted. Once repaired, my driver license was stolen after verifying with the post office and dmv of its confirmed delivery, to my lockable box. Unprofessional property management, unlicensed, breaks nearly every tenant landlord law. They will scam you then play dumb with an obnoxious passive aggressive immature attitude. So so bad, Charges ungodly amounts for utilities with a formula that can’t even be proven. So so much more.
Great place not to mention the excellent price for rentals for being so close to the pier and the beach. So many great places to eat that are in walking distance. Downside is too many police in this area.
