Living here was a nightmare. My apartment had a roach infestation from the start, and despite repeated complaints, management never resolved the problem. The situation became unbearable, and I eventually had no choice but to move out for my health and peace of mind. WHERE DO I START. ROACH INFESTED, TWEAKER FILLED. Now in the middle of sueing the property. Maria is the new property manager is a disgusting liar who will ignore and block your calls. I HAVE PADS FILLED WITH ROACHED IN MY UNIT AND THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT EXCEPT LIE AND SAY THEY WILL SEND PEST CONTROL. Mind you I’m a clean freak and keep my home spotless as can be. Moved in last week. So far so good will update the review at a later time with my opinion
Maria is an absolute go-getter! If she notices anything wrong, she gets it fixed the day of. She seems to have a good dynamic with the maintenance crew, and it seems the maintenance crew takes time to make sure each job is professionally done, alleviated, or renovated. I didn’t see any bugs there despite the other reviews, and I think the complex has been remodeled in contrast to some previous reviews that disclaimed some issues. These apartments seem modern, updated, and taken care of. Sea View Apartments is a great place.
