Great place not to mention the excellent price for rentals for being so close to the pier and the beach. So many great places to eat that are in walking distance. Downside is too many police in this area.
WHERE DO I START. ROACH INFESTED, TWEAKER FILLED. Now in the middle of sueing the property. Maria is the new property manager is a disgusting liar who will ignore and block your calls. I HAVE PADS FILLED WITH ROACHED IN MY UNIT AND THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT EXCEPT LIE AND SAY THEY WILL SEND PEST CONTROL. Mind you I’m a clean freak and keep my home spotless as can be.
