Loved living here, I went back to visit and the property looks great, with new floor and laundry rooms upgrades, the walk to the beach is amazing.
Love living here.I have lived here for the past 3 years and the apartments are super clean and homey. I love living infront of the beach and love all the local shops around. The manager ariana is super nice and always makes sure people feel heard and welcomed to the community. Defiantly recommend moving in.
I've lived here over 4 hrs. I love the location, it is prefect for me and my dog. This is a community that is exceptional. Two thumbs up . Management is awesome , great communication. Love it
Ariana and the staff are nice. Half of the tenants seem rough-around-the-edges while the other half are really nice and personable people. However, this kind of applies at any apartment. I will say though that it seems the management is making more of an effort to better the overall community from the tenants moving in to little events they offer for free to tenants. Other comments mention roaches or other infestations, but I personally have only seen two bigger bugs since being here.
Love SeaView Apts. Location, Location, Location!!! Simple basic apartment. Perfect for my lifestyle and everyday needs. Friendly people, too. Not fancy. Don’t need it. I’m on the beach and enjoying the sunshine. 😄
