Suzie is one of the best if not THE BEST property manager ever! She is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The living experience here is 10x better because she is the manager. The maintaince crew is just as amazing. They address all our issues in a timely manner and they're also very friendly! Suzie and the crew really make it feel like home.

I don’t ever leave reviews but after leaving Seaview because of work and going to a complete trash complex I didn’t realize how good I had it. Communication with the front office and the maintenance crew were both AMAZING. Have recommended this complex to friends who are just as happy as I was there.
