I wish I could give 0 stars. This was my first experience booking an appointment with Nikki. Prior to scheduling, we had a pleasant conversation which left me feeling comfortable and confident in her skills. On the day of my appointment, I arrived a couple of minutes late due to the presence of multiple lash artists in the same vicinity. I settled in as she began working on my lashes. After trying different lash places in the Shreveport area I finally found my home. Not only are my lashes beautiful they are unique to fit my eyes. Nikki really listens to want you want and perfect your lashes. She is punctual, easy to book, and her work is durable. Her place is clean and she is sanitary. Lastly, her shop is aesthetically pleasing and offers privacy. If you are thinking about booking just do it!
