The man with glasses who helped us had a terrible attitude. He didn’t try to offer any solutions, and every time we asked a question, his answer was just “No.” Very disappointing experience — I strongly do not recommend this place.

I very rarely leave reviews but customer service is tough to come by nowadays, and this establishment had the best in recent memory. They replaced a brand new door at their cost for a mistake that I made in the finishing process. I didn’t ask them to do this, but they offered. All my future door needs will go through this place.

I bought all the doors for my home from Seattle's Doorhouse. The interior doors were excellent. This included a large array of types: pocket doors, french doors and traditional doors. Unfortunately, my front doors from Simpson's were a big disappointment. Simpson showed no ownership in supporting me - despite the high price tag on these custom doors and pictures demonstrating the pitiful variation on widths.
