I bought all the doors for my home from Seattle's Doorhouse. The interior doors were excellent. This included a large array of types: pocket doors, french doors and traditional doors. Unfortunately, my front doors from Simpson's were a big disappointment. Simpson showed no ownership in supporting me - despite the high price tag on these custom doors and pictures demonstrating the pitiful variation on widths. Dave was amazing. Brought in a broken door and the best measurements I could get and the team create me a perfect match. I am so pleased.

We had no issues ordering our door and it came as promised. My husband was unable to get away from work, so I drove in to pick it up, they put it in the back of my truck, and that’s when the customer service ended. I tried securing it on my own, with a bad knee. When I realized that wasn’t going to work, I walked back in to ask if they could help. The guys behind the counter just stared at me.
