The staff were very welcoming. Explained everything they were doing when they were doing it. It was a very interesting experience. I will be going back tomorrow

It has taken me some time to leave this review. I am still reeling from my appointment with the provider I met here last fall. Horrible, not trauma informed, and a serious lack of empathy while discussing patient history and treatment options. Questions were met with laughter and sarcasm. Came off more as a salesman than a professional. Will not be returning. Really disappointed to learn the provider that saw me has an MSW as well as her MD (social work), really expected more.
