I cannot say enough positive things about this fine company. I recently purchased a 2021 Hanse 388. As with any new yacht there are adjustments to be made and small items that need attention. I worked with Tim Dussault. the Fleet Manager. He provides an extremely superior level of customer service. I have never encountered an individual that has so much on his plate but yet provides such detail, patience, follow up, caring and did I mention patience. I trust my investment to Tim and he has not let me down.
