The Seattle Yacht Club sold land to locals and then threatened them and their land usage.. then where unhappy when told they no longer had access to the land they sold and didn't allow fair use of.
Area was clean, tables for lunch were beautiful with flower center pieces, staff service was attentive, bar was well attended and menu was perfect. Salmon was perfectly cooked.
