Let me start by saying I went here for alterations consulting with Devon a couple of months ago and he was extremely professional, thoughtful, and kind. It turns out I didn’t need any alterations at all and he was honest about that, and even gave me more tips on how to bustle and keep my dress secure. I had an amazing experience at Seattle Wedding Dress Specialists. Pauline altered my dress to perfection - it fit like a glove on my wedding day and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Pauline was also very kind and attentive through the alteration process. She provided a very sweet “how to” lesson in walking down the aisle in my dress and shoes during my pickup appointment. I’d recommend Pauline to any bride looking for a perfect fit!

I worked with Kathleen to get my wedding dress altered, and loved working with her! We removed a train, did a full hem, added shoulder straps, and adjusted the bodice of my dress. She was so considerate of what I wanted, responsive to my ideas, and her work was immaculate! I absolutely love how my dress turned out (I got so many compliments!) and really enjoyed my experience with Kathleen - she is a great source of wisdom - her experience and knowledge really shine!

Dress cleaning — Was just quoted $400 to get *only* the edge of my dress train cleaned from dirt…. no stains or anything, the dress is otherwise in perfect condition. I mentioned I am only re-selling so this was far more than I expected to pay. posting for cost transparency to others, as I promptly left.
