Dr. Crocker and his team are truly exceptional. From the moment we scheduled, it was clear this is a highly professional and in-demand specialty practice. Excellent place to take your furbaby when they need special dental work. A very caring team here.
I called for an urgent single tooth extraction appointment post referral from a vet and they're telling me the earliest appointment is over 2 months away for a CONSULTATION before even scheduling a cleaning, with a non refundable $200 deposit. Horrifying business, terrible secretaries who ever handle the phones, and even worse prices.
I cannot put into words how great this place is. My cat needed to see a dentist due to an ulcerated growth in her mouth that was starting to affect her quality of life. The initial consultation went very smoothly. They are fear free, which is great as my cat is known to be pretty spicy. Dr. Crocker was able to examine her and determine what needed to be done. I called them to have some teeth pulled for my older kitties (8 and 12 years) and they told me it would be $192 per cat just for a consultation and that money would NOT be applied to their actual procedures. We have already seen a vet that said they need dental work. Why on earth would I pay you $400 to confirm they need dental work? And X-rays and lab work would be EXTRA.
