Exceptional clinical and customer services! Have seen Dr. Lee for 1+ years for fistula surgery and follow-up care. Dr. Lee and all staff greet you warmly, are attentive, and extremely professional, with timely responses to any questions or concerns - even over the weekend! Highly recommend!
Not sure why the reviews are so low. I had a great experience here this morning… granted I was the one who was late. Everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly, and helpful. Dr Lee was caring & even funny, and did not seem rushed like most doctors.

I was a patient there many years ago when the Dr I saw in Edmonds was on medical leave. The man I saw was extremely unprofessional and said "I only remove veins that are popping out of the skin" so he did an injection that he admitted would probably not work. I go many years later with the vein still there and a brown spot on the skin. Not to mention the girls that were assistants we awful and catty. Saw someone else and they did a great job, and said that the whole "only treating veins that pop out of the skin" is a cop out... read more
