My son received services from them five months ago and we have yet to receive the full report. When I followed up I was told that doctor Sekendur is on vacation in till June and I won't be able to get the report because they have no means of getting in touch with him. This is not acceptable. Then when I tried to get reimbursed for my insurance company for the cost of the treatment I was told that doctor Sekendur's credentials with Delta dental are currently lapsed at that time of service so I cannot be reimbursed.
