If you are hungry grab your food in the food court just through security gate 3. Terminals can be food deserts.
Grab a flight before your flight at Vino Volo. It's a great way to put yourself to sleep on the plane.

If you take a late night flight (~11/11:30pm), be prepared for long security lines up to 40 minutes. They close down half of the entry points. Allow extra time if your airline's in a satellite gate.

You can leave luggage at baggage claim between 12 and 13 if you want to go back into town
Do not take the Kitsap Airporter. I lost my return ticket that I was given when I took it to the Airport, Was told I had to purchase a second ticket, even though I had my printed confirmation ticket.
