Great American Bagel has great Bagel sandwiches. Get it to go and bring it out into nice big central food court area.
This airport is pretty busy and you'll be lucky if you don't have to wait in line. Even at 5am there is a long line, so get there 2 hours before the flight as suggested.
Cafe Vita and Beecher's in C-terminal are perfect before any Alaska flight!
Apparently you don't have to empty your pockets, take out your laptop, or take off your shoes anymore here!

Forget paying $40 for a cab ride driven by a cabbie who is rude. Ride the Sound Transit light rail all the way to 6th and Pine!!! For far less than $40!!!
