During quieter times, they only run TSA pre-check at the northern most security checkpoint, which sucks if you fly United or Delta.
SeaTac airport has some really good restaurants! I would recommend Flora near gate A1 for great coffee and breakfast.
SeaTac is huge. Be sure to follow signs for ground transportation to get to taxis, limos, and ride share.
There are very good food options here!

Great views of downtown. Kinda hidden in the freight terminal
They were not ready for our flight arrival. “Ran out gates” had to wait for old style ramps to come out to plane then busses out the terminal then walk down other multiple ramps in rain.
