Seattle Swank is the only company I use for staging. Full stip. Their pricing is fair and very reasonable for the quality you receive. There are cheap stagers out there, but I know Seattle Swank is making my sellers $20,000 to $50,000 more for their homes due to their impeccable eye for design and quality of furniture. No deflated air mattresses either!! They use real beds so your listings will never have the dreaded saggy bed or “please do not sit on this” sign!
