Poor Communication and Customer Service I used this company for sprinkler winterization last fall. When I turned the system on the following summer, I discovered water gushing from underground, indicating a potential leak. The tech was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He set up our irrigation ahead of a vacation for me and our tenants. The office staff has been professional and very responsive to my requests. I am looking forward to working with their team for our annual system checks, repairs and upgrades.
Huge thanks to Seattle Sustainable Landscapes for doing an awesome job on our yard! They replaced an arborvitae in the front, cleared brush from our hedge row, and tackled the overgrowth on our back porch bricks. Everything looks so much cleaner and well-kept now.
