I can always rely on Seattle Surgical Repair to help me with my autoclave. They do an excellent job keeping it working, and providing us a loaner in-between maintenance repairs. Thank you!

RUDE PEOPLE!!! One of their 5 star reviews was written by their employee s daughter (Hailie Van den Dyssel) I had an autoclave that sent to them for a month. After the repair it still failed. Sent back and aske them t fix it right this time. They said it has to be fixed further and gonna cost me more.

On June 4 I contacted Seattle Surgical Repair to ask if they were planning to address the graffiti that has blighted their building for many months and continues to spread and worsen. I spoke with Ryan who was extremely nice about it and he said they were unaware of it but would absolutely look into it. The next day, I followed-up on it, because I thought I may have been mistaken and that the damage was not all to their property. I had to drive all the way from Lacey; but very personable people. They missed an issue with my autoclave so I had to make a second trip to Seattle, but they were quick to resolve the situation, pretty much bending over backwards to ensure that everything was running properly. While I hope to have no future issues with my autoclave, if I do, I would not hesitate to stick with Seattle Surgical Repair! Thank you! :-D

Great customer service! Great inventory!
