I had a membership with this location and had zero issues while I was a member, as soon as I canceled my account (left for military) they never sent the cancellation through even though I stopped in store. They charged me for serval months. I called the store and was told a manager would get back to me but never did. I had to call multiple times and was then told they would not refund me or help. Terrible customer service when trying to cancel the membership.

I think the girls names were Maddie and Sonja hopefully I’m spelling those right, but they were so sweet. Walked in and were so friendly and knowledgeable about the products and helping me remember what lotions are best for what beds. Very sweet girls and the location was so clean!!
