All of the staff are patient and helpful. They are also knowledgeable, and give great suggestions regarding which bed to use, and for how long, depending on your personal circumstances. The tanning beds are clean and well maintained. Their periodic 50% off sale is a great deal. Lots of parking, and available hours.
I had a disappointing experience at this salon. When I walked in and explained that I only wanted a single spray tan, the employee seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes. I politely explained that I don’t get spray tans very often and wasn’t interested in purchasing a package, but I felt pressured to buy one anyway. The interaction made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve been coming here for a while now and it’s a great place to tan. Lots of different bed options and almost always no wait. The salon is clean, and the staff make you aware of promotions but aren’t super pushy about sales like some other places. They’re always super friendly when I have questions and don’t make you feel dumb for not knowing what you don’t know.
