Customer service is missing. Staff attitudes are poor. Lobby is dirty.
Manager Natalie is amazing and supportive. The staff is extremely personable & helpful with their knowledge on tanning beds and products. Each salon is clean and welcoming. It keeps me coming back
Worse customer service ever ! Went to get a spray tan and apparently she said I never canceled a membership from 2018. Which I’m sure I did I only signed up to tan for my wedding. However it’s been so long I probably would have gave in and paid again if she talked to me instead made me feel like I was a liar. She asked me if I had a copy of where I canceled .
