Customer service is great and the rooms are clean.
Go out of the way to avoid this location- take extra time to go to the Covington location because the workers here are insufferable. They always act annoyed and are not helpful. Had an issue and brought it up- the girl working said she add some extras to my account for the trouble. Check on it this and they did not. Reached out to the customer service email several times and haven't heard a word. I've been going here for over 10 years ... just disappointing.
