The staff at the alderwood store are super knowledgeable and don't hesitate to answer any questions about the beds, lotions and explain all the details about your plan and options thoroughly, and whoever did the Hawaiian decorations for founders week is awesome, looks festive and inviting! Kudos

Signed up for membership at Lynwood location and was told it would work for all locations. I go to the lake Stevens location and they told me I didn’t have an active membership, which the previous girl had signed me up for one. Didn’t tell me any of the implications about the membership (my bad for not asking I didn’t think it was complicated). Then I was charged AGAIN over $100 for another membership. Great place
Awful, forgot to cancel my membership when I moved out of state, called to cancel and was told I had to do it in person. So after two years of being frozen, I went in while in town. I was told that I had to unfreeze in order to get my credits, they then charged me 58$ to unfreeze then proceeded to tell me I had to wait until next billing cycle get charged again to get my credits, this was never mentioned when I put it on hold and was never given the policy before hand or after.
