Paid extra for an airbrush tan. The person who helped me was so nice and great to work with. Unfortunately, as we wrapped up, I asked about the lines I saw on my thighs and was reassured we didn't need to fix or do anything because they'd blend/fade quickly. Well, they definitely did now blend/fade and now my thighs are two different colors with lines present. And no time now to get it fixed before my trip.

Bummed about my experience today. 9/18-130pm. Whoever’s working front desk either needs to be retrained or let go. I felt like a bother the second I walked in. Took 10 minutes to get my tan booked because she said I had nothing on my account then realized I DID have credit on my account. She offered no apology for the 10 minutes of her not knowing how to work the computer, she asked what I wanted to do first spray tan or bed.. The staff at the alderwood store are super knowledgeable and don't hesitate to answer any questions about the beds, lotions and explain all the details about your plan and options thoroughly, and whoever did the Hawaiian decorations for founders week is awesome, looks festive and inviting! Kudos

Signed up for membership at Lynwood location and was told it would work for all locations. I go to the lake Stevens location and they told me I didn’t have an active membership, which the previous girl had signed me up for one. Didn’t tell me any of the implications about the membership (my bad for not asking I didn’t think it was complicated). Then I was charged AGAIN over $100 for another membership.
