Awful, forgot to cancel my membership when I moved out of state, called to cancel and was told I had to do it in person. So after two years of being frozen, I went in while in town. I was told that I had to unfreeze in order to get my credits, they then charged me 58$ to unfreeze then proceeded to tell me I had to wait until next billing cycle get charged again to get my credits, this was never mentioned when I put it on hold and was never given the policy before hand or after. I love this location! I went in today and Laken was super sweet, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to speak with. I really enjoyed her letting me know about the current promotions and sales happening, but I never felt pressured to spend more money or buy certain products like I have at other tanning salons. If Laken is working, you’re in great hands

I would strongly advise anyone against getting a membership with Seattle Sun Tan in Lynnwood. Despite coming in person to cancel the membership, they continued to charge the account for six months. Now, they refuse to refund the money and claim there was no in-person cancellation, even though we followed their procedures. I would rate ZERO stars if I could. Whatever you do, Do Not, i repeat DO NOT get a membership at Seattle Sun!! They will raise the price without warning and charge your credit card anytime they think they can get away with it!!! #CROOKS
