I have been a member for a number of years. I had a problem on my account today (where $11 should have been on my account and wasn't) and Abbey was extremely rude! I called the 1-800 customer service number and the lady took care of it right away and was very nice. I have never had any problems with any Seattle Sun tan employees in the last 5 years but Abby is terrible and needs a new job big time maybe one that doesn't work with the public!
