Katie, Lexy and Ava was very helpful to me and my sister, who just came to vist me from Arizona. Katie, Lexy and Ava were very friendly and made our visit very pleasant. Thanks Katie, Lexy and Ava!
The salon is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and Lexxy is an amazing manager, she’s so sweet and was very helpful. As someone new to tanning, they made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I also discovered their spa services and have been loving the sauna pod. They truly have something for everyone!
My fave of all the locations. Always clean, and the girls are great! Katie is especially warm, always welcoming with a smile, and super organized. She always makes sure when I’m doing multiple services each bed is ready to go. If you ever need a package or product Katie at Lakeland Hills is the one to go to! Super genuine and honest 🫶🏼
It should be clear this A review for the Lakeland Hills location. I’ve been going there since it opened. But today from just one encounter I’m done. The details are long and boring however, when you pre-pay for a service, you should be able to get that service so denying me sessions that I already paid for is both confusing and illegal.
