Kayla is fantastic! She’s always super attentive and friendly, making every visit a great experience. I often ask for her advice on which bed to use, and she’s always super helpful and knowledgeable. Even though the Bonney Lake location is closer to me, I choose to go to Lakeland because of her!

Today I was greeted by Kayla! She was very knowledgeable about the products and services. She even went above and beyond to explain to me the best options for using the packages on my account. She had great charisma and made me feel valued as a customer. I really appreciate the customer service she was able to provide me and I plan to continue using this location from now on. employee doesn’t ask for ID so anyone can hear ur name and use ur tans. when asked she said we ask birthdate which she did not ask me and also anyone can hear that as well poor service
Kayla is the absolute best! Every time I come in, she is the friendliest person. She is by far my favorite worker there. So knowledgeable, bubbly, personable and outgoing. Always has answers to my questions and has taught me lots about what beds and lotions are best for my skin! Couldn’t recommend her and this salon more!
