I’ve been coming to this location for 17+ years, even back when it was Desert Sun. The staff is usually kind, the service solid, and the space is always clean and well-kept. However, I’m giving three stars due to a recent interaction with a staff member named Emily, whose tone was rude, flippant, and unnecessarily argumentative in front of other customers. Nice staff and knowledgeable, clean environment.
I had such a fun time working with the Seattle Sun Tan Bonney Lake crew. They are each so knowledgeable of all of their product offerings. Their products are competitively priced and superior in value and quality. I already utilized their spray tan services and am now that much more confident and educated about all of their services. Thanks for being such a pleasure to work with, I will see you all soon!
I came in on a Thursday there were three employees there and I waited nearly 30 minutes for my spray tan. I assumed when she went back to the room prior to my spray that she was cleaning/stocking the room. Once getting to my room there was absolutely no hair nets or towels. For having three employees working I was upset that once I was fully undressed I had no towel or net to cover my head. I have never had a bad experience here until this evening.
This place great with variety off tanning options, friendly service and great smiles. Thank you ladies for being the best part of Seattle Sun Tan.
