Warning if you have an L&I claim Dr. Frankie does not care about you or your Safety he is loyal to L&I. My injury has caused me to loose structural integrity in my right side and without testing my limitations he released me back to doing construction which I was then forced to quit due to my injury. Now 6 years later with no worker’s compensation thanks to Frankie’s incompetence I’ve been forced into retirement with no income.
