Seattle sperm bank was very helpful. One of the genetic disorders I carried was not listed. I called and they were very helpful.
The good: I've had mostly positive experiences with their customers service and they've always been available to answer my questions. Their prices are competitive, although frozen sperm is way over priced in general. The home insemination kit comes with everything needed (except for the thermometer) and the instructions are simple and easy to understand. The bad: There are not as many donors as I expected.
