I highly recommend this sperm bank! Great customer service. The vials are shipped fast (I live in Canada, QC). Every time I contacted them I got answers with no delay. Cold blooded business. I bought three vials from one donor and it turns out that the donor who was claimed to be “extended panel all negative” has genetic issues and have caused babies to have heart defect and hearing loss! Scary right?! They refused to refund a penny or take responsibilities, even though it is their fault to not screening the donor! They saved money on genetic testing and costs families and babies!
