No clue what happened. I made an appointment, and had to cancel it because I had the wrong date. Which is my fault. So I changed my appointment to the 28th. I got the confirmation.. the morning of my appointment I was stuck on the Ballard bridge for 35 minutes. But I would only be 5 minutes late. I called a bunch of times, and got to the studio. No answer. Both times. I've been calling and calling... And now the phone is off. Not really sure... But bad communication.
Lemina is a real pro and very talented when it comes to lash extensions. She does a wonderful job with a ton of attention to the details of creating beautiful lashes.
100% would recommend getting your lashes done here. The space was not only extremely clean, but she really spends the time to understand your eye shape and educate you in maintenance and aftercare of your extensions. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews for this business considering she was flexible with her schedule and overall very friendly. Great service, I would come here again for future fills and full sets.
Lenima is the nicest and sweetest person. I felt right at home as she welcomed me into her cute studio. It was my first time getting my lashes done: and I didn’t know all the details on maintenance, etc. I wasn’t aware that having mild skin issues on the eyelids may pose a concern for getting extensions. Lenima was very kind and understanding of my concern and was very honest and forthright about getting extensions given my situation.
