After carefully inspecting the property and reviewing the house plans, he determined that a seismic retrofit wasn’t necessary because the work had already been completed during a previous renovation. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and clear explanation—it saved me unnecessary expense and gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend Ryan for his expertise and integrity.

This company came out and assessed my house and told me we didn’t really need to do any retrofitting. While we COULD upgrade to the latest code, they didn’t think it would be worth the cost. Big props to any contractor that takes the time to give an estimate and answer all my questions but recommends no work. Clearly they are not JUST trying to make money.
Seattle Seismic did a wonderful retrofit of my house. Ryan did an excellent job of assessing & explaining the situation, quickly provided a reasonable estimate, & was an exceptional communicator throughout. The crew came daily, working tirelessly for 10-11 hrs/day, & was always pleasant. The final clean up was the frosting on the cake. Highly recommend!
