I had Seattle Seismic install a portal frame around my garage doors and add T braces to the post in my garage. General Manager Ryan was easy to work with and his crew (lead by Luis) did a great job. The work was very reasonably priced, and I'm happy to have a little extra peace of mind with this stronger, more resilient structure.
Very happy with Ryan’s engineering and execution of my seismic retrofit. Short punchlist was taken care of quickly. Discovery during installation resulted in a refund for materials and labor. Can’t ask for more than an honest engineer/contractor/owner.

Seattle Seismic did a great job, at a reasonable price, on an earthquake retrofit of our 106 year old home. From start to finish they were professional, courteous, and efficient. They were patient in answering our questions, and gave clear explanations of proposed work.
