An employee came to the house, did minor fixes, that didn't really solve the problem, never left a bill, and have not returned numerous phone calls, and their website contact form does not work either.
Michael Toscano of Seattle Seamless Gutters took a down-payment of 50% ($1,033) to install gutters at my home. He skipped two scheduled installs and didn't return phone calls or emails for a month. Finally, after I filed a complaint with the AG's office, he emailed to apologize, explained that he had medical and family problems, and said that he would refund my credit card charge shortly. We called him to fix a gutter that was ripped off the house. He charged us $300 for about a 20' repair earlier this week. Came home tonight to find water cascading between the gutter and the roof. Called him to ask him to stand behind his repair and he refused - stating that he was not responsible for making water flow down the gutter and safely into the downspout.
