I’m very saddened by the quality of customer service at Seattle Scooter Center. I dropped off my scooter on June 7th, 2021 as it was having issues. They said they would look at it and get back to me. They never did. I call them and they say that it’s the air filter and that they would order one and they’ll call me back once it’s installed. It should take 2-3 weeks. They never did. Very bad experience! I paid all to purchased 2020 Lance soho 50 last month, the temporary license expired on November 28 but I still not received any license plate yet. After many calls to the office, they said will follow up. Unfortunately, nothing to be done. I have to go to license office to do it myself. No help to customers!

Called to get a front tire for my bike they ordered the tire and it was mounted and ready to go the next day and there prices where a little below than the other shops I called and best of all NO waiting a week or longer to get my bike back. Will definitely be going back to ha e any future work done 😁

Seattle was the turn around point in my ride from Missouri. Called Seattle Cycle Center to get new tires mounted. They had to special order them for me. Tires came in on schedule, the guys called me to let me know they were in and the next morning I took the bike in and had them mounted. Everyone there was great!!!! Can’t say enough good! Thanks again!!
Great group of people who are always attentive, friendly, and helpful. They have very reasonable prices on helmets and riding gear and they are extremely knowledgeable about their products. As for special orders, if they can't find what you're looking for then it probably doesn't exist.
