I cannot recommend Sebastian enough!! From the moment we got to Northwest VAN until we left, we were met with kindness, honesty, and incredible customer service. Sebastian is a wealth of knowledge about all things for van builds — and he was particularly helpful with our electrical system. I would highly recommend his services for van build repairs and/or upgrades. We’ll definitely be back for upgrades if we’re in the area!
Sebastian at Northwest VAN saved our trip. He went out of his way to make time to fix our van electrical system on a long road trip when it failed. After a week of travel in darkness and no heat, we were able to enjoy the rest of our 3 week road trip. He really knows Class B vans and provided all sorts of invaluable information about them. Really appreciated his expertise!
5 stars does not do this company justice! Sebastian is not only a wonderful person, he is a Class B expert! 2 days before an extended vacation, he took our rig in last minute, with a promise it could and would be fixed. He delivered!! Vacation was a blast and "Vinnie" ran like a champ!!! You will not regret contacting Northwest Van!!!
Incredible service and incredibly efficient. Sebastian installed a rear door spare tire mount on our Hymer van last August. So competent, so fast, great workmanship, incredibly knowledgeable. So nice to deal with someone who clearly knows what they are doing!
We found exactly what we had been looking for and were able to export to Canada thanks to Sebastian providing us invaluable contacts and information. The van upgrades are top notch and the van is like new. Sebastien spent hours with us when we viewed the van and most importantly when we picked it up a month later. He is quick to answer any and all questions. He genuinely loves why he does and it shows. He knows these vans inside and out which is really heat you need. We can’t recommend him enough!!!
