I had my wisdom tooth removal done and honestly, it was such a great experience. I was a bit nervous at first, but the procedure was super quick and completely painless. The Doctor was very professional, calm, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process went so smoothly. Dr. Cheung is very professional and knowledgeable, but my experience with the billing team has been really disappointing. They gave me a billing estimate based on an insurance plan that had already been terminated last year. It was a pretty serious mistake. When I questioned it and shared my concerns, they were like “you are going back and forth,” "there is nothing much I can do", which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
