The doctors are exceptionally thorough and spend the time needed to talk through my health concerns. Gone are the days of trying to fit in everything in 10 minute appointments after waiting 2-3 months to even schedule. Now, I can call and get in in person or virtually within the week or get responses through mychart within the day. Can't say if that's everyone's experience, but so far mine has been pretty good. Just went thru the process of discovering concierge medicine and searching for practices that are 1. - Concierge-only within 20miles of downtown Seattle (so I can easily visit them), 2. - 3+docs and support staff (for 24/7 access, vacation handoffs and defections), 3. - 2+yrs history in business, 4. - Docs with decades of *local* experience (and contacts which means much faster appts with top specialists), 5. - multiple positive and recent Google/Yelp reviews. These are the top doctors anyone can ask for. If you call the office you will not be left on hold ever and be able to talk to your doctor with ease. Amazing health management skills and they truly care! I love this place for all the amazing work they have done for me and managing my health.
I highly recommend. This was my first time using Seattle Premier Health. I downloaded the app and secured an appointment within the hour. The doctor was online when promised and was very attentive. I got the care and prescriptions promptly. I will definitely use this place again!
