Talking with sales representative Wes Antholz was frustrating to say the least. He quoted a price twice the advertised price but refused to say where the extra expenses were being incurred. After some pressure I was advised they didnt need my business because they wanted easier jobs because they can make more money on the easy ones; hense the double in price for mine. Wes was argumentative and rude. Pick someone else to talk with.

Wes was absolutely the best! He came out first for the quote and the crew for installation was clean neat and efficient! We are thrilled with our patio cover! Wes kept us informed and made the process so easy! It has added another outdoor "room" to our home. We love sitting outside enjoying the yard and now we can do it without getting wet. The plastic panels we chose don't cut out any of the existing natural light. Exactly what we were looking for!

Comes to our first meeting and text messages me a quote? Who does that? We accept, Wes schedules meeting to formalize quote. Shows up 15 minutes late, after we confirmed the day before. Had no idea what he quoted me...i had to read it to him from my text. Now, as we are accepting proposal, he needs to check with his manufacturer to see if they will do the job? Again...who does that? Wes was amazing to work with. His products are top quality at a reasonable price. No wonder there are many home owners these days are working with him. He made it even better for us when he called me to let me know he can install the patio cover 2+ weeks ahead of our initial schedule. These made our weekend and the weeks that followed...Overall I would highly recommend working with Wes if anyone is thinking about putting a cover in their patio.

Patio Cover Install. From my initial inquiry, Seattle Patio Covers has been responsive and professional. The onsite quote was performed quickly with answers to all my questions. The crew was professional and knowledgeable. The end product exceeded my expectations and the crew left the site spotless. I highly recommend them!
