I shopped with this company for years. Recently they really raised the shipping. They use to charge 14.99 for an order now it is three days for 26.95. I contacted them about it. They informed me that is was due to postal issues, yet I have been getting my plants all year from the post office with no issues. I told them I thought they should still offer USPS postal choice at check out. I said the inflated UPS fee was too much for me when other orchid vendors charge 8.00 to 14.00 for 2 day or priority.... I found a beautiful orchid I wanted, and another one I didn't even know I needed *lol* - so I ordered them and received *absolutely beautiful* little plants. Healthy and disease-free. I'll definitely order from them again. In fact, I just did. (Oh Lord help me with my addiction).
I purchased three orchids in Feb. 2020. I ordered the Heat pack for protection. They forgot to place the heat pack in with the orchids. The orchids got froze and leaves died one by one. Instead of standing by the so called Guarantee and taking responsibility for damaged orchids, the emailed me a gift of $7.00 for the heat pack THEY forgot to place in pkg. Nothing about reimbursing for the orchids. Won't buy orchids from them again. Bad business.
They have some of the hardest to find cattleyas and cattleya alliance orchids, at competitive prices. Their customer service is amazing, I will be a repeat customer!
Do you guys even look at the plants before you send them out? I'm on a fixed income and feel that this was almost a complete waste of good money for 3 rescue orchids, 2 of which might not make it. I'm so disappointed...1st and last time I'm buying from you guys.
They sent damaged, defective plants to customers and hesitated to taking back the plants . They want customers to expenses for their bad plants. So beware of this company. Don’t ever buy plants from them ever.
