I had a bad experience today I traveled all the way from Snohomish for a Gyn Appointment I arrived 30 minutes early I was told right when my appointment was due they needed to cancel my appointment I have been an Ob nurse for 44 years and I understand when OB doctors are on call anything can happen I think when you make an appointment with a certain physician the scheduling department should give you a heads up that the particular physician you are seeing on call Had I known she was on call I would have scheduled another day... read more
This group rushes to treatment without properly educating themselves. From the receptionist, who entered my info in the wrong patient profile as I repeatedly told her that nothing had changed on my end, to a TERRIBLE procedure with Dr. Harvey, the knowledge, professionalism and patient interactions here are extremely substandard. My botched procedures with Dr. Harvey resulted in physical trauma that I am still resolving.
