Scheduled a pickup in Issaquah for my mother-in-law, who was flying out of SeaTac. She’s very particular and called me after the ride just to tell me how lovely the driver was. Making the in-laws happy... that’s a win in my book!!!
We needed an early morning airport transfer from Redmond and NorthEast Town Car made it effortless. I got a confirmation the night before, driver showed up early, and we arrived with zero stress. What a blessing... truly.
Brought my old American car in for service and they really helped me out. The crew knew exactly what they were doin’, explained what repairs were needed, and didn’t try to push extra stuff on me. They got the job done right, finished on time, and now my classic runs smooth again. Prices were fair too, and I appreciate how they took the time to treat an older car with care. I’ll be back here whenever my ride needs more work.
Used them for a family airport ride from Kirkland. I messed up the pickup time and they STILL got us to SeaTac with time to spare. Didn’t even charge extra. That’s customer service you remember... this is one of the times where you do things one way and now I'll never go back!
We used them for a family trip... drop-off in Sammamish. The SUV was spotless and had enough space for four people, four suitcases, and a stroller. Driver even had a booster seat ready for our kid. Amazing, will book again!!!
