The movers have now arrived at 5:30. NINE HOURS AFTER QUOTED. They quoted us the same price that was quoted prior to the multiple delays. When we attempted to call "John" it went straight to voicemail and they decided to laugh at my wife instead of offering a solution. They seem really nonchalant about being 9 hours late and have offered no apology. This john person is unreachable even though he requested a call back
