The staff here are really great and easy to get along with. They are also willing to help out in any way they can.
They charge a minimum to come out of 755 dollars. When they do come out, they are not competent so they quote a very expensive way and wrong way to do the job. Of course people wouldn’t proceed. This is how they make their money and why others have said they have been scammed. Yes, they took 755 dollars from me unfairly. The question is not whether they will fix your vessel. They will not. The only question is how badly will they damage your vessel and how large an extortion payment they will require from you before you get your now damaged boat back. These guys are con artists - professional scammers. Nothing more. Stay clear of them. I brought my Chris Craft in to have the speedometer fixed. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews before taking my 2017 Chaparral there. They did us a favor and "fixed" the boat in 4-days. Pulled it over to Chelan, same issues as we brought it into them as. Very pricey repair for it not to work... Lesson Learned. But I would NOT recommend these guys.
