Amazing service and price too. I called a few places to get an estimate on repairing my Whirlpool Washer and found Seattle Metro to be the lowest. It was kind of en emergency because my dirty laundry was piling up. They knew my situation and put me for a technician visit right away. I was really impressed how fast they came and replaced the electric module on my washer. I used Seattle Metro for my 15 yrs old Whirlpool refrigerator. It is a great refrigerator - they don't make them like that anymore, anyhow they sent one of their tech guy to repair it, he did such as great job on it. Cleaned the entire engine and fix the leaking. My refrigerator are now better than before it broke. Better cooling and even less noise. thanks it was well worth it to give u guys a call!
Great customer service and product knowledge. I went for a part to fix my oven. After explaining the symptoms, they told me what the part I needed was. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
