Five Stars+ Can I give more than five stars? I have been a patient of Mitch Karton and SMA for more years than I can remeber, and I continue to be amazed at the quality of care and follow up. Good luck getting in as there is a long waiting list, but its worth the wait. Great practice model - too bad the politicians dont get it. Blaine Weber

always available I've known Bob for many years, he's like a brother and a doc to me. If ever I need help, either he or one of the other doctors are available. They are very pleasant even when you bother them on the weekends. But most important, their medical skills are outstanding and they are dedicated to their patients.

Seattle Medical Associates I've been a patient at SMA for many years and have received nothing but excellent care. With their retainer-based model, you pay a monthly fee that covers anything they can provide in the office -- unlimited office visits, some x-rays, basic lab work, annual exams, immunizations and an annual flu shot. My cost works out to be a bit more than I would pay as a co-pay on my insurance, but I think it's well worth it. Outstanding service and care The three doctors and all the staff are outstanding and the model make a lot of sense. There may be a waiting list to get into the practice, but it's worth it.
