Jacob with Alliance Lock & Security came in and saved the day! He was professional, quick and efficient. He gave us confidence in the security of his work and our new set up. What was most comforting about the experience was his empathy of what we were dealing with. Before he left us, I had already shared his information with several of our friends. We definitely will call on him again for other lock & key related situations.

Unbeknownst to me my door is a fancy Italian super security door and Emmanuel was able to get in. It was a huge pain and I really appreciate his efforts and that he got me inside. Super professional and didn’t get upset when it was a pain. Would recommend.
We called to get service on a business door that wouldn't lock, or only loosely, not secure at all. Emmanuel connected with us within 5 minutes and showed up at our business shortly afterwards. He replaced the cylinder and rekeyed it to our existing keys so we wouldn't have to make new keys for every employee. He also adjusted the strike plate so everything fit together properly ans the key turned smoothly. Prompt, professional ans courteous.
