My partner and I got locked out by accident. I called this location due to the good reviews. They were able to send a technician out within 30 minutes who did show up but had forgotten their tools at the last client. So they had to leave and we ended up waiting an additional 2 hours for them to return with their tools. They provided no quote or estimate the entire time, opened the door in less than 5 minutes, and proceeded to hand me a bill for $246 which I felt was a slap in the face for making us wait 3x longer because of ... read more
Jacob did a great job re-keying our locks! He was very professional, friendly, and fast. Would definitely call them next time we need a locksmith!

Awesome! Was able to provide two separate estimates on the spot. Explained the differences and benefits of the two. Completed the job super efficiently. My job was fairly simple - done in about 20 mins. Answered questions about the service once it was done as well. Would highly recommend!
