I telecommute and when my laptop died I panicked. I was referred to Seattle Laptop by a computer repair business located more than an hour's drive outside Seattle. The techs at SL were able to get me in the next morning and I had my laptop back the same day. I understand why people anywhere near Seattle come here and I will again if anything goes wrong in the future.

Seattle Laptop has consistently provided me with great service and I highly recommend them! My Laptop literally took a "CRASH" at the airport, falling and hitting the floor. Seattle Laptop took it in in the morning, they diagnosed the problem; called me promptly; I agreed with their recommendation and they fixed it within 5 hours. Today, they replaced an original powercord for my laptop at half-price the office stores sell it for. They are authentic, competent, human

dig the staff, very helpful repairing my keyboard over 5 times, cuz my cockatoo is a laptop destroyer! (I think she's contacting her posse back in Malaysia when I'm not home!)

I've been using Seattle Laptop for years - that THEY ARE THE BEST. I had a problem with the laptop - they fixed it in 24 hours charging LESS than they had estimated. The computer wouldn't take power - thought I'd lost it. These guys saved my life.

I stripped the screws in my laptop trying to replace the battery. Brought it in, and he said he could fix it on the spot, no charge. And he let me rummage through his spare screw box for a replacement.
