Save yourself the money. This service is a scam. $249 for unlocking a door, and then an added $50 because the person couldn’t open it and had to drill out the lock. It also took over an hour for the locksmith to get to my place (I live near downtown).
The customer service is absolutely amazing here. Itai came within 30 minutes, unlocked my car within 5 minutes and gave me tips on how to work with insurance. They really care about people here and did an amazing job. Note that for locked keys in the car they can't give a quote over the phone and need to inspect it in person. The quote was higher than other places I checked, but the service was top notch and they gave me tips on how to work with insurance on the whole situation.
Super prompt, efficient, and thorough. Jacob did a great job rekeying several doors and they came out within a few hours of our first outreach.
Fantastic! Scheduling and service were both super easy. My mailbox key had broken off in the lock, so the lock needed to be drilled and replaced. Jacob came out and handled everything the morning after I spoke with him. He was extremely courteous, clear, and professional. Highly recommend!
Called them with some questions, got told to go to a different business that was closed and hung up on me. Called again, same rude response.
