Horrible experience. Was told my jewelry was not authentic when it indeed is authentic. I brought an item in with no paperwork (had it in my car the whole time) was told it would need to be sent to San Diego so "Koby" could inspect it. Was told it basically was not real but he would still buy it for $100. I would steer clear of this place. "This review has absolutely nothing to do with Foss Appraisal Service they were top notch"

I will give a one star with you because with out even looking at it she sounds like she is not educated and pretty rude I will not be going there. Thank you for leaving that review I now will take my gold somewhere else.

Stay away from this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. My dad gifted me a Rolex watch a couple of years ago, for which I had no use. He and my mom both thought I could sell it, if my husband could/would not wear it. I looked on Google for places to sell or to appraise, and the first listing to come up was Seattle Jewelry Buyers. When I called SJB, I told them that my father had gifted me this watch, a Rolex, and that I was interested in having it cleaned up/appraised, and possibly sold.
