Chandler goes the xtra mile
I‘ve had multiple issues with the service I’ve received at this location. Every time I bring up an issue, there’s always an excuse or a lack of accountability. I was there on Feb 3 for an oil change then they did not reset my oil sensor. When I called back the next day, the receptionist told me that I could just do it on my own. Why would I have to do that? I want to point out the 2 individuals that made my experience here miserable and upsetting to say the least. Salesman KEITH and his SALES MANAGER. I didnt get his name but he is the tall bald guy with hair on his face! I found a 2019 dodge challenger online and this place is who had it listed. Bought a used car from them. August Leinweber was the point man and talk about no-pressure sales! He really pushed to get me the best possible price on the car and was really patient with my hemming and hawing. Estella Cabrera helped finish up the deal and she was also great. Jennifer Duffy got me a fantastic interest rate and explained everything really well. Couldn't be happier with the experience or the car. I'd be happy to buy another car from them again! - Terry
