One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I visited the Seattle Jeep showroom, Aurora Ave N, Seattle about a month ago to lease a car that was being offered at a discounted rate. The deal was agreed to the same day, and I was told we just needed to wait for bank approval. Because of the long weekend, I patiently waited 4 days without hearing back. I had some service done here for a weird electrical problem. Communication was excellent, and the technician got the problem sorted out completely.
Parts and service departments are professional and polite without the dreaded “overpromise” that most dealers/shop do, which leads to disappointment. Part arrived in 2days, service came in under budget and less time, getting me back on the road quickly. Shout out to Chris in parts and Chandler in service for top tier customer relations!!
