Wasted my 30min for nothing. As soon As I entered in dealership I told specific car with full vin number they said they had in lot. Talked to their manager took my trade in car test drive and later they said after 30 min they don’t have that car. Why so wasted my 30min. Why u took test ride of my trade in car when u know you don’t have that car for sale. Need professional sales people here. Leased a car from here but the customer support stopped as soon as I signed. Wouldn’t lease or buy here again.
Not generally a reviewer but Adam and Terry went above and beyond. Good vibes here - made buying a vehicle almost pleasant :)
The two main reasons for this low rating are: 1) The service took too long. The service itself required holding my vehicle for 10 days. I was never offered a loaner or other assistance during that time. and 2) Lack of communication during and after service. I had to make several phone calls and leave several messages to get any updates during those 10 days. And all my requests for additional information after the service was completed have been ignored. Still waiting.
