The staff is so friendly and kind
Cancer care is a notoriously sensitive and difficult field to navigate. I can say, without a shred of doubt, that Dr. Chen at this practice is an absolute hack. The experience of my family member, who has been battling cancer with palliative treatment for over a year, has been pushed time and time again to repeat round and round of chemo. My family member is dying, we have known this for a time. Dr. Nick Chen is a gem in a cancer business that is full of mediocre oncologists. He saved my life, and he has saved many others too. He deserves recognition beyond anyone else in his field. He also has a very supportive staff. If there were ten stars I would give them to him. No question.
I'm sharing my experience from Employee view. I started working there last Sept and absolutely loved it. Clinic was going through some changes, so thought maybe that was why patients were always calling upset. Things were ok until Jan., I had a heart attack. Upon returning to work, they made me feel gulity. ( sorry they don't schedule heart attacks).
