As a new patient I was shocked and pleased to get an appointment for the day after I called! Nonie, Irvina, Dr Erickson and the pharmacist were all very professional and warm. I really appreciate how Dr listened to me and didn't seem rushed. I felt heard. Thank you very much.
The staff at Lake City SIHB are absolutely amazing, caring, easy to schedule appointments there! I am so glad that here is where I get my care at!!!!
