I'm Tracy Barrett Adams -- a clinical hypnotherapist, HypnoBirthing® childbirth educator, doula, and mother of four. I'd be honored to be a part of this exciting time in your life by introducing you to the philosophy and techniques of HypnoBirthing® that make it possible for you to envision, plan and prepare for your baby's gentle birth. Seven Sessions: * 5-class HypnoBirthing series * Breastfeeding and Baby Basics Workshop * HypnoMothering postpartum session Classes are held at my office in Fremont-Wallingford.

RecommendedTracy is phenomenal! The information you receive in one course is invaluable. There is not one area that she doesn't cover. Every woman should take this class, first pregnancy or not!
Tracy is awesome! She's a great teacher and the class is filled with anecdotes, evidence-based information, simple tools to practice, videos, audio recordings and more. My husband and I enjoyed this class and would highly recommend.

Seattle HypnoBirthing really prepared us to work through birthing our baby the way we wanted to. I learned relaxation techniques that have helped me before, during and after birth in all aspects of my life. These classes are well worth the time and money. Can't recommend them enough �
